I haven't been captioning pictures on the cheezburger site for a while now - it had become an addiction, and I finally realised the only way to beat it was to go cold turkey - but they still dig an old one of mine out of the vaults every now and then.

Some of you may be aware I've been trying to teach myself Final Cut Pro off and on for a few months now, so - though the video below is funny - I must admit I also find the content very disturbing. Why oh why do they have to change Final Cut Pro just as I'm finally starting to get the hang of it?
